The clinic will bring together many aspects of the game and focus on both mental and physical training concepts. We have a large staff of coaches ready to train so we will offer this clinic to a wide age range of players, 4 to 16 years old. Players will be split into 3 age groups. Skills to be covered include:

> Dynamic warm-up and stretching
> Shooting and finishing on goal
> Striking a driven ball with proper technique
> Proper passing and receiving
> Feints and the art of deceptive ball skills
> Defensive posture, movement, and tactics
